Large closet that can be used as a small office with room for storage. Second floor bedroom in Oak Bay home, very close to Camosun Landsdowne Campus or UVic (5-10 drive or regular bus routes). Some furnishings available (small sofa, table, chairs, dresser) but bed and desk are not provided. Access to large back yard, and 5 minutes walk away from Willow’s Beach. 10 minute walk to grocery store and fast food. Small pets negotiable.

Single dad with three very quiet teenage boys, absent every second week. Large shared living room with fireplace and lots of firewood. Friends/study partners welcome at reasonable hours (up to ~10pm) in shared space. Full kitchen with complete access to cookware, dishwasher, and laundry.
