This is the lower suite (3 bedroom, 1 bathroom) of a house in the Oak Bay area.

INFORMATION ABOUT AREA:

• so many bus routes within walking distance (including, but not limited to, the following bus routes: 15, 7, 11, 3, 10)
• 15 minute bus ride to UVic
• walking distance to Save-On-Foods (~5-7 minutes)
• walking distance to several fast food/restaurant locations (including Tim Hortons, A&W, Dairy Queen, Starbucks, the list really goes on!)
• near Royal Jubilee Hospital

INFORMATION ABOUT THE SUITE:

• 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom **please note: two of the three bedrooms are already occupied by myself and another female roommate!
• access to washer & dryer (shared with upstairs tenants)
• low ceilings!! most areas are 6’0 with some areas of the suite getting as low as 5’8, so this is ideal for shorter girls
• shared front and backyard space with upstairs tenants
• lots of storage space in the backyard shed

ABOUT THE BEDROOM:

• larger bedroom (more private than other two)
• rent: $870 + wifi ($26.13) + utilities ($50-80 depending on season) / month

Please note that the bedroom will be unfurnished.

You will also be asked for the one-time payment of your portion of the security deposit ($384 per tenant).
