I am a woman in my mid-thirties looking to share this 2 bedroom and 1 bath apartment with another woman. Please note that the rent increases annually by a small percentage according to rent control regulations. In addition, the kitchen is predominantly gluten free as I have celiac disease. I just ask that you avoid cross contamination. The location is excellent and only a 3 minute walk from Christie subway station. It’s a super clean and quiet building. There is a patio with a hammock and paid laundry in the building. The master bedroom is available and it has a walk-in closet, but it still isn’t a ton of storage. There is a waiting list to get a parking spot, but street parking is always an option. First and last, application, credit score and references are required. The move-in date is flexible anytime before January 1 and even later. If this ad is still up the room is still available. The lease would be month to month or a year for the right person. The rent is $787.97 per month. There is also a bike rack at the back of the building. Internet and utilities are extra at approximately $50 per month.
