Spacious, cozy furnished house with excellent access to local trails, walking distance to Knox Mountain, downtown beaches, and some of the city’s best breweries and restaurants. The room can come partially furnished if needed, includes a closet inside the room + exclusive use of an additional hallway closet across the door. You’ll be sharing the home with myself and a couple (all in our 20s) and 3 pets—a friendly dog and 2 cats. We’ve had other pets live here too and open to another one, pending landlord approval and compatibility with our current furry tenants!! During the work week we all have pretty busy but different schedules so the house is usually quiet; • One tenant works shift work and he’s only home 1–2 weeks per month. • I work regular weekday hours with a flexible mix of in-office and at-home days. • The other works 9-5 just at her office. Outside of work, we enjoy staying active, hitting up Big White or biking & boating, camping, traveling, and socializing. Our lowkey weekends every once in a while include catching up with friends over wine or margaritas & hosting dinners!
