Fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in a new condo with in-unit laundry, gym, theater and other amenities. I need 1 person to share one of the 2 bedrooms for 865$/month as early as possible for at least 3 months. I am also renting the private master bedroom for the month of January. You can move in even earlier than Jan 1st and I will keep the price the same (giving the extra days for free) at 1615$. We have a balcony with a beautiful south view of downtown. Less than 5 minutes walk to Sherbourne subway station.
About the roomies
If you take the shared bedroom you will have an Italian roommate. Chill, clean and respectful.
