Bern's room

This room is fully furnished and is the larger out of the two bedroom basement suite. The suite is self is small but has everything you need and all services work accordingly. It’s easy to maintain and you would be living in a quiet household. The room is next to the laundry but the laundry isn’t available for use during late hours of the night so it shouldn’t bother you too much. The property is situated with easy access to public transport. You can arrive at Langarra 49th skytrain station in 10mins via bus and also take a bus to downtown. Also Metrotown is only 20-25mins away in Bus.

I’m a Male in my 30s and I would day I keep it quite chilled and relaxed during the week as my schedule is filled with work and exercise. So I do need my rest. But I enjoy my weekends. I do like to have fun, laugh and go out. I am a clean snd tidy person and I do expect whoever I’m living with to help maintain the cleanliness of the place. I’m also respectful and considerate. I treat those around me with kindness.
