$1200 - Unfurnished $1275 - Furnished with Dresser, Bed, Desk and Chair Utilities are equally divided between roommates (usually about $60/month)

RENTAL TERMS: 4 Month Roommate Agreement (with a month to month extension after this). First and last month’s rent are required

RELATIONSHIP TO THE UNIT: Current tenant and leaseholder

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: 1. Photo ID 2. First and last month’s rent 3. Proof of Finances/Support letter/Pay stubs

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: It’s in a fantastic location, as the Kipling Station is just across the street (so you can access the TTC, GO Transit and MiWay with ease). We’re 20 minutes away from Union on the GO Train, and 45 minutes away via the TTC. There is also a 30 minute express bus to Humber College. There are several restaurants nearby including Wendy’s, Domino’s, Starbucks and Tim Hortons. There’s also a Farm Boy in the same building and several banks in walking distance.
