I am a male professional looking to share my two-bedroom and two-restroom apartment with someone clean and friendly. It is in the Eau Claire area of Downtown Calgary, right near the Peace Bridge which is the quiet part of downtown. Each bedroom includes its private toilet, and you’ll have access to the shared areas (Balcony, living room, gym, storage, in-suite laundry, dining area, and kitchen). Just a heads up, I enjoy watching sports and may be in the living room often on weekends. Please note that smoking and drug use in the apartment or on the balcony are strictly prohibited.

As a bonus, there’s a gym in the building, storage, and a laundry machine in the apartment for your convenience. The monthly rent is $1,100 (All inclusive), along with a damage deposit of $550. The apartment comes fully furnished with kitchen accessories provided. Kindly note that parking is not available, and only one occupant is permitted. Occasional sleepovers are fine, but regular overnight guests are not allowed.
