2 bed 2 bath condo located on Lower Sherbourne and Queens Quay. Right by the water, 5 min walk to grocery and 10 min walk to Distillery District. Building has great amenities including a gym, pool, lounges, etc. If you prefer a commercial gym, there’s a great one just 8 min walk away. I will be furnishing all common areas, you will just need to furnish your own bedroom. I can provide a single bed if needed. 2 bathrooms in the place so we each get our own.

I’m 23 years old, grew up in Toronto, currently working as a Sales Engineer. I work hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 at home. Pretty easygoing, like to keep my space clean and organized, enjoy working out, trying new activities/restaurants, raves/concerts, etc.

What I’m looking for: You’re in your 20s/30s, someone that matches my lifestyle, a young professional or a grad/senior student, someone who’s social, and cares about keeping our space clean. Like to have friends over sometimes so someone who can mesh well!

Other things: I have a PS5 and also a car so easy to do things outside of the city (+ Costco runs)
