This spacious three-story detached home features a small, fenced backyard with a deck, offering a great outdoor space. The main floor includes two living rooms, a dining room, a powder room, and a large kitchen—perfect for everyday living and entertaining. Upstairs, you’ll find four generously sized bedrooms, including one with an ensuite bathroom and a shared bathroom for the other rooms. The unfinished basement houses the laundry area. The property offers a four-car driveway and a single-car garage, providing plenty of parking. Natural light floods the home, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

We have two bedrooms available for rent, both offering ample space and large closets. One room has hardwood floors, while the other is carpeted. The house is fully furnished, so you only need to furnish your own room. There’s also plenty of space if you’d like to bring additional furniture. One room is available for may 1st, the other is available September 1st!

Olivia, 20, is a fun-loving, clean, and active person who enjoys working out and throwing epic dance parties. She has an adorable chocolate lab named Kiwi, who’s 1.5 years old. Kiwi is a big cuddle bug with a playful side, and she’s great with both other dogs and people. We like to call her our emotional support dog, even though she seems to have more emotions than all of us combined!

Julia, also 20, works full-time as a welder and part-time as a lash tech. She’s passionate about cooking and loves hosting girls’ nights. Our home can get a little chaotic at times, but it’s also a peaceful sanctuary when needed. We’re all about making new friends and enjoy hanging out with whoever joins our space. We may have big hearts, big butts, and small brains, but we’re always up for a good time!
