The house is divided into two levels, on the main level lives a cool guy, quiet, chill, likes to grow plants in the summer, has a friendly small dog. He has his own space and does not share common spaces with the upstairs. Upstairs lives Sarah, she works in finance is laid back and friendly, likes sharing her baking creations. We are looking for someone friendly and quiet to share this space :)
