Located in the heart of Kelowna on Sunset Drive. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and lakefront and only steps away from Kelowna’s best venues for concerts, sports & theatre events and more. There is also easy access to nearby walking and bike trails and various sport complexes. This is a well-known and active community where you will have access to an on-site gym, clubhouse, billiards room, outdoor pool, hot tubs and BBQ area. *one of the hot tubs is open year-round! I am a mature fun lady and have an adult male cat and most recently a female kitten to keep my older cat company when i’m away for short periods otherwise I have a pet sitter or take them with me. I also have a cleaning lady once a week and laundry services in suite. I’m on the top floor of a four level condo with a view facing towards the lake, it is a great spot for taking in the views, BBQing or just reading a book in the sun. i travel quite often and often gone 7-10 days at a time. I’m looking to share my home with a responsible working adult that may also travel for work as I do. i have a flexible travel schedule so the right candidate would have the luxury of having the space to him/her self most of the time. I’m all about good energy and respect and my home is at the core of it. Outside of my space, i enjoy spending time with family and friends, taking in local restaurants and events. I also love to travel and in quieter nights you can find me at the pool tables or relaxing in the hottub or BBQing poolside. Trully this is my little oasis.
