Room for rent in updated condo. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo with recent renovation. Brand new appliances in the kitchen. Right across the road from Chinook mall and a very short walk to the C-train station. One block from a lovely park I take my dog to, or 5 min drive from Britannia off leash dog park. I have an 8 year old German shepherd that lives here so you would need to be okay with dogs! Open to another dog as long as they don’t bark a lot while left alone (condo bylaws are strict on this). Also open to cats (my dog is totally fine with cats but a slow introduction would still be smart). Ideally looking for someone in their 20-30s and don’t care about gender. I work full time but take my dog out for adventures in my free time. Rent includes all utilities including internet. Move in date is flexible as I would like to find someone I get along with.
