Myself - 38 year old female, works full-time through the week (occasionally do work from home) and am home most weekends. Quiet, clean and friendly.

My son - 16 year old male, splits time 50/50 between here and his dad’s. Goes to high school full-time and works part time. Enjoys music and regularly is strumming on his guitars or playing his drums.

And 3 well behaved cats 😃
