Sophie K.'s room

It is a two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment in a townhouse complex. Fully furnished living room, dining room, and kitchen. The room comes unfurnished. There is no smoking inside of the house. There is a balcony, in the kitchen, lots of grassy areas around the townhouses, and grocery stores within walking distance. The master bedroom with ensuite is where we are sleeping, there is a full bathroom for the tenant in our second bedroom so you wouldn’t be sharing a bathroom with anyone!

Currently, my boyfriend and I, and our 7-month-old kitty are living on the property! We are in the largest bedroom with an ensuite. We both work full-time from 9-5. Outside of work, we are homebodies, we enjoy staying in and hosting friends and if we’re going out we’ll go out hiking or biking or enjoying the sun in the summer!! We keep our living areas tidy and hope to find someone who also finds their peace a tidy space!
