This is a private room in a bright, tastefully decorated, 3 bedroom townhouse in the Kanata area. You would share a bathroom with one other tenant (female).

Room comes unfurnished. Shared common areas are furnished which include, sitting room with gas fireplace, dining room, kitchen and 2 piece bath on main floor. Basement is also furnished and a common area for the use of all tenants. Fully equipped laundry room in basement. Kitchen boasts a brand new stove and fridge purchased this fall. Air conditioned.

Must have proof of employment with a reference letter, preferably from a previous landlord to apply.

First and last months rent required.

The other two tenants are both mature females who work full time and are very respectful, friendly and love a tidy home!
