Bright, clean fully-furnished bedroom in newer duplex. Close to downtown, Okanagan College and Okanagan Lake. Looking for short term renters, ideally students from September to the end of April (if your program is longer, this can be negotiated). Not suitable for long term. Shared kitchen, eating area, living room and outside area. Laundry is upstairs near bedrooms. Utensils, dinnerware, pots and pans all provided as well as cleaning supplies.

I am the home owner, working outside of Penticton. My adult son lives in home and will be the “go-to” person for renters. There will be a maximum of 4 adults in the house at one time (depending on room rentals).
