John and Jinny's room

This bright spacious room that walks-out to the backyard will be available January 1. The room comes with a double bed including sheets, blankets and pillows, closet, desk and chair, lamp and a bookcase as well as a mini-refrigerator.

There is also a kitchenette with microwave, sink and kettle on the same floor that you are welcome to use in addition to the kitchen.

You will be sharing the bathroom with one female tenant and have access to a full kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, small appliances (microwave, rice cooker, etc.) , pots and pans, utensils and of course cupboard space.

Room rent includes access to washer and dryer, unlimited high speed wireless internet (Rogers gigabit) , and all utilities (electricity, water, heat, A/C).

Our house is located in North York (Finch and Bathurst) and is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop and we are 10 minute bus ride from the subway. It takes only 20 mins to York University and takes about 50 mins to University of Toronto downtown.

Our family has been renting a rooms in our house for the past 10 years. Currently there are two other female tenants. We welcome students including international students and working professionals.
