About 5 minutes drive to all amenities by 130th ave including walmart, superstore, restaurants, etc. Close to 52nd, stoney & deerfoot as well.

Bus stop is about 1 minute away from the house and the bus takes you all the way to shawnessy station or all the way to downtown :)

My husband snowboards in the weekend during the winter season and I do like to stay home most of the time. We like to keep our home clean so a tidy roomate is very much appreciated.
