Apartment in Brentwood with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a balcony on the 2nd floor. There is a washer & dryer and a dishwasher inside the apartment for free. The apartment is shared with one person (me) who has been living here for over a year. The location of the apartment is pretty neat. It is around a 6-minute walk to Brentwood Skytrain station as well as Brentwood Mall where you find everything you need such as shopping, groceries, coffee shops, cinema, restaurant, gym, bank and more!

The room: It is a medium-sized room in which you can easily fit a double bed, a shelf and other necessary items. It has a built-in wardrobe which helps save a lot of space. Has a large window that is looking out to the balcony. Most of the apartment and the room have carpet floors.

Parking: There is only 1 parking stall per unit which is currently occupied by my vehicle however, there are plenty of free parking spots around the building. There is also a lottery system in the building so you might be able to get a stall if you apply.

A little bit about me: Hey, I am Ipek. I am 24 and originally from Turkey. I have been living abroad (in Vancouver and Amsterdam) for around 8 years. I am currently working corporate (Mon-Fri) for a sports clothing company and I DJ over the weekends. Most of the time I work from home. In my free time, I like to make music, and hang out with friends and my boyfriend who comes by the apartment frequently. I go to the gym, and like to ski in the winter. When I have time I try to climb or play golf in the summer. Apart from that I like thrifting, reading, going to coffee shops/ brunch and going to any fun events/ concerts or raves around the city. Occasionally, I smoke weed however not inside the apartment. I like to keep the apartment tidy and respect the shared spaces.

I am looking for: Someone who has a similar lifestyle to me and within my age range. Who is working full time and can respect 9-5 work hours since I mostly work from home. Ideally, I would like to live with someone who I can also hang out with and spend time together in the house but obviously, if you have your own thing going I would respect that.
