I just signed the lease on this 700 sqft 2br 1.5ba apartment near Clark and 12th Ave where I’m moving into December 30th, and now I’m looking for a roommate. :) Viewings I can arrange before the 30th, and I am happy to share a video of the place also. We can also negotiate moving in before in case you would want/need to.

— The place — It’s facing away from the big street so the noise is negligible! I negotiated the rent down so it’s a steal for such a place at this location! It’s unfurnished, but I am bringing quite a few things from my previous place to share in terms of furniture, like most kitchen stuff, 2 couches (!! haha) and a big dinner table with 4 chairs. One of the couches is extentable as a bed which you could use if you want and I have a second desk too. I’m aiming for the smaller room because it’s large enough for all my things (8.5 by 10.5 and the larger room is 9.5 by 11.5) and you can have the larger!

Location is amazingly central and 10 minute walk to Commercial Broadway Station, as well as 8 min walk to 99 B-Line.

I’m a 28 year old Austrian VFX professional having lived all over the place in flat shares all my life. I’m big into climbing, meal prepping, and sustainability where possible. I love sharing food and am a pretty laid back, figure-things-out kind of person, respectful of shared spaces and privacy. I’m also vegan but chill about it. Tidy- and cleanliness are important to me to a minor extent, to keep our shared space in order, though with two of us it’s easy. My work is usually hybrid, so I like to be in the office half the week and then I’m also in the bouldering gym a bunch in the evenings. I’m not big into partying, but we could do a house warming once we are settled!
