I just got a lease on a ~700 sqft 2br 2ba apartment near Clark and 12th Ave, and now I’m looking for a roommate. :) It’s facing away from the big street so the noise is negligible! I negotiated the rent down to 2,400 so it’s a steal for such a place at this location! I saw the place in person last week and the photos don’t even do it justice. I’m happy to share more about the place once you reach out. It’s unfurnished, but I am bringing quite a few things from my previous place to share in terms of furniture, like some kitchen stuff, 2 couches (!! haha) and a big dinner table with 4 chairs.
