THE ROOM IS ONLY AVAILABLE JANUARY-MARCH 2025. Duplex with three skylights including one over the bathtub. Front and back gardens and sundeck. 4 min walk to Oak St. bus, 5 min walk to Granville St. bus and shopping area, and 15 min walk to Marine Drive SkyTrain and commercial area. The room has 3 windows, Venetian and block-out blinds, a desk, bookshelf, 8 drawers, 2 closets, and a direct door to main washroom.

Share with a retired teacher. My adult children visit time to time. I am pescatarian and prefer a vegetarian/pescatarian roommate. I keep to myself for the most part, so an independent roomie is preferred. As a teacher and volunteer with Block Watch, I have had criminal record checks.
