St. Clair Avenue East

My partner and I are looking to rent out one bedroom in a spacious two bedroom apartment. The apartment is located less than 100 metres from the St. Clair Subway Station, right opposite Loblaws and less than 5 minutes from Dollarama as well. Farm Boy is in the same building as well, making your grocery shooping super easy. The room comes unfurnished, but the house is fully furnished and you’re welcome to use the common living areas. The kitchen is complete with appliances and utensils, which you’re welcome to use as well. Feel free to use the TV and make use of the ample storage that we have on offer. There is a shared bathroom, which we will barely use as we have a private bathroom in our room and only require the common bathroom for bathing.

My girlfriend and I live in the other bedroom. We’re recent graduates in our 20’s and we work full time, so we’re not at home too often either. We’ve also got a friendly cat, so if you’re an animal lover, this is the right place for you.

We like to go out on the weekends and occassionally have friends over, too. If there’s a music festival or gig, we’re definitely going there. We keep the place clean and like to cook as well. Boundaries and privacy are always respected, and is a mutual requirement that we expect from both, you and us.

I’m a sports fan- love watching soccer (football), playing and coaching as well. So bonus points if you’re a sports fan as well.
