Looking for a roommate in downtown—the room is available for immediate move-in. I’m a female in my early 30s working in IT, so I’d prefer a working professional or student, but I’m pretty easygoing and get along with almost everyone. I don’t prefer couples, though.

I like to keep the space clean and organized, and I’m respectful of your privacy, so I’d appreciate someone with similar habits. I don’t cook food with strong odors, so no worries there.

Loving dogs is a must because my 9-month-old puppy might beg you for attention!
