Annika's room

This is a basement suite close to/ easily accessible by transit to sait and university, so great for students. Bus stop to lines 5 and 414 right outside. Other lines just down the street. Lots of parking available. Although it is a basement, there is a good amount of natural lighting that the pictures don’t show. Lots of space: In addition to your room, there is also a spare room that I currently only use to store a few things so you can use it as you please. Living room and kitchen not pictured.

Rent would start January 1st but early move-in possible now (for free). Partially furnished room but can be not furnished if preferred.

You will be living with me and my cat. I’m a 25-year old musician/young professional (I work in a music store), originally from Germany. I’m a quiet roommate and tend to spend a lot of time outside of the home. At home, I spend most of my time with my cat, reading or watching a show. Stuff I’m into: Outdoors/Nature/Hiking, Music and Art, Reading, Climbing, Cooking, Gaming, and more

My cat Charlie is a 2-year old ginger cat that is very sweet and gentle.
