I’m looking for someone to occupy room in a fully furnished two bedroom apartment on the corner of Front St West and Bathurst from December 31st to March 31st, with the possibility of extension (at the discretion of the owner). I’m looking for someone who is clean and respectful, and a female who’s either a student or a working professional, preferably in their twenties.

Details of the apartment: -$1375 per month, which includes wifi -Fully furnished (no unfurnished option) -Room has a bed, desk, lots of closet/storage space and own bathroom -Has in unit washer, drier, dishwasher, microwave and central heat/AC -Will need to bring your own kitchenware -The building has a 24/7 on-site security, gym, outdoor pool, BBQ area and bike storage -Underground parking is available at an added cost (approx $250/month) -Location is very convenient, with grocery stores right under the building. 5 min walk to Loblaws, the Well, Stackt Market, and more. 5-10 min walk to all the restaurants and bars on King St W!
