Bedroom is 8’ x 11’ and can comfortably fit a double/full bed with desk. There is a closet in the bedroom and south-facing windows. The den is 8’ x 12’ and is accessible off the kitchen and living room. Access from the kitchen will be blocked off for you to have visual privacy. Shared living room, bathroom with shower/tub combo, and kitchen. The unit is newly remodeled and is on the 4th floor. There is a balcony that is fully private from neighbours. Pets are welcome, casual overnight guests are welcome, but the space is to be occupied by a single individual.

I’m a 33 year old working professional who is in office Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. I’m Canadian born and have been living in Toronto for almost 9 years. I’m 50/50 a homebody. I very rarely have company and tend to stay in my room with my ferrets if I’m not making a quick bite in the kitchen. I listen to most things with headphones. My ferrets live in my room and do not freeroam the apartment. If you have a cat or dog, they are free to wander the place. The den would be an idea place for your pets to have some extra space. I don’t have any dietary limitations or allergies. You can eat/cook whatever.
