About the room
The apartment is near Dupont station with three beds and one bath, approximately 1,150 per month(bills included). The bedroom is decently sized, and it has a a cabinet (third photo). The landlord doesn’t allow pets or smoking inside the house. It has a coin-operated laundry, a cute balcony, a kitchen (no dishwasher 🥲), and a living/dining room. We have AC but we uninstalled it for now since it’s getting cold. If you have questions about the place lmk!
About the roomies
Looking for a roommate to move in with us mid January! Unfortunately, our third roommate is moving back to her home country so we need a new roomie to move in with us mid-January.
About us:
Ari: I’m currently in fashion school so there’s a lot of sewing or projects happening in my room. Although I am reallyyy clean and a responsible roomie! Hopefully we find the same person who share the same values 🙂 We both like watching movies together, doing artsy stuff, or drinking a little during the weekends so we are looking for someone who is interested in building a friendship and not just act like strangers inside the house! Also, Ms. Elizabeth is always cheffing up, so we get to try INSANELYYYY good stuff!!
Elizabeth: I’m 20 and originally from Montreal and I’ve lived there my entire life. My friends would describe me as easy-going, sarcastic, funny, independent, straight-to-the-point, and creative. In my free time, I like spend my time outside(when it’s not freezing out), on my own and with others. On the weekends, when I have more time, I usually experiment on different recipes in the kitchen. I also practice boxing. I’m currently a culinary student at GBC. My days start early(5-6am), and I could finish anytime(depending on work). During the week I’ll usually be up by 5:30am and be in bed by midnight. During the weekend, I wake up whenever and sleep whenever(I’m a deep sleeper, so don’t worry about being super quiet). I like spending time with others but I also need my personal time. I want my place to be somewhere I can have a few friends over(from time to time), but not somewhere that’s always full of people. I don’t mind if my roommates have small parties(just let me know beforehand). I want to get along with my roommates(I’m not saying we need to be best friends or anything), so we can hangout sometimes when we both have the time.
