The apartment shared living area has a washer and dryer, stove top with oven, fridge, microwave. And you can use my appliances too! (Instapot, rice cooker, vitamix blender, air fryer etc) and also a couch, a small island table, and two bar chairs.

I have a carefully used, big corner desk. A stand-alone mirror. A small dresser. And a twin bed. I can sell them to you for $300. -makes moving in super easy and these things combined was around 1k. I’m moving back to Halifax so don’t need them anymore! Just buy your own mattress ^•^

The building has a pool, weights room, cardio room, board room, yoga room, patio and BBQ grill on the 8th floor all free to use for residences.

Located on Dundas/Jarvis; we are 5 min walk away from Eaton Center, the subway station, and Toronto Metropolitan University. Roughly it is a 20min subway to UofT campus. Great places to eat all around!
