All utilities, unlimited High-Speed Internet, Electricity, Heat , Air Conditioning, Water (Reverse osmosis). Laundry (Once a week, 2 loads),- all included. The bathroom is shared with the 2nd floor tenant (currently male, UTM researcher, girlfriend visits occasionally).

Parking: Daytime: visitors parking, steps away; Nighttime: carpool (2 min walk away), well lit with frequent police.

Cozy, quiet and clean townhouse complex in a beautiful neighbourhood, close to UTM (2,6 km away, 19 min by bus as per Gooogle map directions)l walking distance to shopping mall (600 meters)l including METRO grocery store, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, 2 major banks and seconds to QEW. Few steps to public transit. (Mi-way) and a couple of minutes drive to Clarkson Go Train). Clarkson Community Centre Pool and library 15 minute walk. Qualified Tenants only (background check to be completed – Credit, Landlord references, proof of income. $250 security key deposit (to be returned).

4. How much cooking do you do? We are looking for someone who does very light and not too often cooking, without use of strong odour spices.

We have 2 tenants currently living in the house. One girl is in the master bedroom, and the other room, also on the first floor is male, UTM researcher, girlfriend visits occasionally). You would share the bathroom with him.

I live in the basement and I am rarely at home, mainly staying overnight and Sundays, otherwise at work.

We are very quiet household, so ideal for someone who likes peace when at home.
