JC's room

I’m renting out the basement suite that includes a private bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and storage room. The laundry room is shared.

The rooms have been emptied and cleaned. TV is included but most furniture showing in the photo is NOT included.

The rent includes all utilities ($100 per month value) and high speed internet ($150 per month value), as well as parking.

The first floor is used by a family with 2 children. I use the second and third floor with roomates.
