Mathilda's room

My old roommate is leaving and Im looking to fill her space for February 1st. Our unit is the 2nd and 3rd floor of a house. The space that Im looking to fill is the whole 3rd floor which includes a private bedroom and its own semi private living room. We share a kitchen, full bathroom and a north facing balcony. The second and third floor spaces are divided by a cat gate. I have 2 shy cats that stay on the 2nd floor with me. South Facing house, lots of sunlight in bedrooms. Located between Queen and Locke street. Quiet Residential area, flanked by two elementary schools. Pretty and big houses, and big trees. 12 hr street parking for guests. HAAA less than 2 blocks away. 2 blocks away from Locke street shops. Shared garage for storage. Private, partially covered parking spot (yours), accessible through laneway. Recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. The 3rd floor space is being repainted. The 2nd floor is painted pink. Washer and dryer in-unit. Heat and water paid by landlord.
