Heather's room

Looking for a quiet, clean, respectful, female roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment with starting Jan. 1 or early January. There is 1 shared bathroom. The apartment is centrally located downtown (close to bus stops), so it’s an ideal location if you want to avoid the expense of having a car. No smoking. No pets. The bedroom is currently unfurnished, but I can furnish it. I will be furnishing the living room. There is no dishwasher, and currently no in-unit laundry, but I will be getting in-unit laundry in January. There is shared washing machines in the building to hold you over until the washing machine gets installed. I will do a discounted rent for January to compensate for the inconvenience.

I work in Vernon in software development, and enjoy skiing, biking, hiking, kayaking, and playing piano in my free time.
