We’re looking for a 3rd female roommate to share our apartment for January 1st as the current one’s graduating and moving home. My roommate and I are 23/24 years old. We’re friendly and keep a pretty quiet lifestyle during the week.

Both of us work a full-time, 9-to-5 job. I typically work from the office, and my roommate does half the week from-home. We’re both up pretty early. Ideally, our roommate would have a similar/compatible schedule.

We both enjoy having a peaceful living space, but are happy to hang out. I like to unwind with a good book/tv show or on weekends, running and hanging out with friends. Neither of us are interested in hosting parties at home.

We’re pretty tidy and would love a roommate who is too. We like to keep common areas neat and pitch in with cleaning duties, and the apartment is pet-free/non-smoking.
