Gareth's room

The room for rent is in the basement of a legal duplex which was renovated 3 years ago. The upstairs unit is occupied by a family with a two and half year old that does run around intermittently throughout the day. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, one street in from the mountain brow, Bruce trail, with Albion falls in close proximity.

I (the owner) currently lives in the basement unit, by myself and am introverted/extroverted. The unit is kept tidy the majority of the time. I work every other weekend, wake up at about 6:30am for work and arrive home around 3pm.
