Good sized bedroom and your own private full bathroom in an excellently located condo in south Wîhkwêntôwin/Oliver. The unit is located on the 4th floor of a high rise and is very clean.

There is a cable outlet in your room and you can mount a TV and hang shelves/decorate as you wish. A couple of photos of the main living space have been included, note they were taken when I moved in so the mattress has been moved to my bedroom and there is now more furniture.

Available immediately, anytime in January or early February.

• LRT station almost right outside the building (1 minute walk), easy access to the river valley, walking and bike paths, the seasonal streetcar, Jasper Ave, MacEwan and the U of A, all services, grocery stores etc.
• a small + well-behaved dog or cat (litterbox must be in your room or bathroom and kept very clean) will be considered for $30 extra per month
• ideal for an older person (I’m open to all ages, though) or a mature and/or grad student
• ideal for someone handy
• looking for a single roommate/no couples

Only one roomie:

• 49 yr old female with a soft introvert personality (i.e. introvert but not extreme), reasonable and friendly
• I work from home and am a homebody/around a lot. I also often work late (but quiet!)
• I’m relaxed, respectful and pretty quiet and looking for the same - this is not the situation for you if your hobby is hosting ragers or bringing home randoms
• small rescue dog bonus roomie - this isn’t the place for someone who is afraid of or doesn’t like dogs. She is also an escape artist so I need someone who will be careful when entering and exiting the unit. She gets along well with other dogs - and cats!
