Decently sized bedroom in a very well-located 2 bedroom condo. The condo is unrenovated but both it and the room are clean and in good condition. Amenities include:

• your own unshared full bathroom
• a massive west-facing balcony overlooking a treed street
• in-suite laundry
• assigned parking spot in a heated underground parkade for an extra $100/month
• LRT station almost right outside the building, easy access to the river valley, High Level Bridge, Jasper Ave, Oliver and Downtown

Only one roomie - me!

• 49 yr old female
• I work from home and am a homebody/around a lot
• I’m relaxed, respectful and pretty quiet and looking for the same
• I keep non-traditional hours and generally work and go to bed late/after midnight. As mentioned I’m quiet but it’s something to be aware of
• small rescue dog bonus roomie. You don’t have to be a crazy dog person like me but this isn’t the place for someone who is afraid of or doesn’t like dogs. She is also an escape artist so I need someone who will be careful when entering and exiting.
