The shared living room, kitchen, and half bath is located on the mainfloor. The basement also has 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and the furnace room located inside one of the bedrooms.
Your future home is a 5 minute drive to the University and 8 minute walk to the bus stop. It is walking distance from Sunridge Station therefore Tim’s is only a short walk away!
