The rooms are a good size with plenty of closet space. Each room can be rented either furnished or unfurnished. There is a fenced yard with beautiful landscaping and a fire pit along with a two-level deck with a covered section. House is in a good neighbourhood (York) with plenty of street parking and multiple bus stops a block away. Clareview LRT station is a 10min bus ride and Londonderry Mall is 5min away. Conveniently located near local shop and grocery store, which are only 5min away.
