Looking for a respectful individual to share an apartment with. Move in Jan 1st preferred Feb 1st latest. I have a cat so if you’re good with animals that’s a plus! There’s 1 more spot for an animal allowed in the unit but my cat can sometimes be an ass to other cats, she’s fine with dogs though. I generally keep to myself but would be fine with socializing via a wine and movie, video games or cooking etc every once in a while.
