Anita's room

Recently renovated and furnished bedroom with Queen size bed. Bathroom is mostly private but may be occasionally shared with downstairs tenant or my daughter when visiting from uni (rare). The Riverbend area is very central and has quick access to most areas of the city - for students closest would be MRU.

I am a 50+ female with a 4 year old boxer who is boisterous and loves other humans. Most other dogs don’t love him as his greeting is a box to the face! He is not cat friendly though as he thinks they are squirrels 😂. I would love someone who would be willing to take him for a walk from time to time when I am working long hours. Ideally I would prefer a student or someone looking for a short term stay until June 2025. Currently I have a friend renting my basement who may from time to time to time require the shared bathroom for showers but otherwise quiet and to himself. I love to cook and I have a large and well equipped kitchen. There is also a shared laundry room in the main level. There is no separate entrance and parking would be street parking.
