Rent is $1000 per month (utilities are split in half) Damage deposit is $1000

This location is close to the UofA (about 20 minutes via transit or 10 minutes via car)and right off Whitemud Drive (easy to get to most areas of the city in a reasonable time).

You would have 2 private rooms to yourself. One bedroom and another that could be used for a home office/study area. Rooms can come furnished/unfurnished based on your requirements plus there is plenty of storage space.

The home also includes a washer and dryer, 3 bathrooms (1 full bathroom, 2 half bathrooms), a shared kitchen, a living area and a parking space. Kitchen, living room and dining area are fully furnished.

There are two friendly cats residing in the home as well.
