One bed in a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment of the third floor. The building is only 2 years old so everything is relatively new and modern. The apartment has a small balcony, great kitchen, in apartment washer and dryer. The building has a communal rooftop with great views over the mountains and gas fire pits. The apartment is secure and super close to a bunch of shops in the area. The room has some furniture from the current tenant who is looking to sell on, up for discussion.

I’m 28 year old from Australia, over for a working holiday. I work at a local cafe (free coffee). I’m pretty social/oudoorsy and am out a lot. I am very house proud so love to keep my space organised, clean and comfy. I regularly have friends for a cheeky drink or dinner so am looking for a housemate who is equally easy going and is up for dinners, movie nights and some cheeky beers.
