Seaton Street

The apartment itself is furnished, and the room can come furnished if youd like at an extra cost. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a house. There are 3 different apartments in the house and we have the beautiful 3rd and 4th floor. There is a deck attached to the room and a balcony attached to our kitchen. One cat (Chula) lives in the house, she is a siberian kitten (3 months old). She is super friendly and loves people. The laundry machine is in your room, roomates operate on a schedule based on what works for u as its in ur room. Hydro and wifi are split equally between roommates, water is paid by landlord.

Daniella Daniella is 19, she is a hairdresser apprentice at the moment, as she just completed her time at hair school. Mateo Daniellas boyfriend (they stay on the first floor with a private/shared bathroom). He is a contractor and is 20 years old.

Maddi Lives upstairs and will be sharing the room across to yours. She is also 20 yrs old and studies fashion management at george brown college.

All of the roommates are very clean and respectful of the space, all very nice as well
