Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment starting January 2025. The rent includes Wi-Fi, heat, water, and appliances (hydro extra). The apartment is in a great location, right in the heart of Little Italy, with amazing restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, as well as easy access to public transit, Dow’s Lake, and green spaces. Amazing amenities include 24/7 security, gyms, study lounges, and a penthouse for relaxing or hosting.

The apartment is fully furnished, so you won’t need to bring much.

I’m 25 years old and working as a lab tech at The Ottawa Hospital General and Civic campuses. I have a sweet and well-behaved small cat who’s friendly and keeps to herself. I’m a mix of quiet and social—I enjoy books, movies, and good conversations—and I’m clean and organized, hoping to find someone who values the same. I love travelling and trying different cuisines.

I’m looking for a female roommate—ideally a student or young professional—who’s clean, friendly, nonsmoker, respects personal space, and is okay living with a cat. If this sounds like a good fit, let’s chat—I’d love to show you the place!
