We’ve recently moved into a large 4 bed house in North Van (Upper Lonsdale) and we are looking for a roommate to join us! If you’re a couple, reach out to us and we can chat about it. Price for a single person would be $1,300 plus utilities (roughly $40 a month).

A little bit about the house: • The house is over 2,300 square feet with 2 levels. • There is both a private front & back garden. • 2 living rooms. • 2 dining areas. • Outdoor balcony / decking. • Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of storage space. • 2.5 bathrooms. • Large garage for storage: Bikes, skis, camping gear, etc. • Spare guest bedroom (not renting out). • Large drive for parking cars. • All standard household appliances; fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.

A little bit about the room: • Spacious private room with a walk in wardrobe. • There is a built-in desk. • Upstairs bathroom would be shared with one female, 24. • Nice reading nook with a view of the Lions (on a clear day). • Can come partially furnished with a bedframe, bedside lockers & dresser. • The spare guest room also has a built-in desk which you could use as your own home office space.

Additional things to note: • As we have only just moved in a week ago. We are in the process of furnishing the entire house. We have a good chunk of it done, but if the photos look a bit bare, it’s only because we’re here one week. • There is someone renting the basement suite. They have their own separate entrance and we haven’t even seen them or heard them. • There would be a 2 week security deposit, happy to refund when / if you leave. • As much as we all love animals in the house, we are unfortunately not allowed any pets on the property.

A little bit about us:

There are 3 of us currently living in the house. One couple (male, 30 & female, 29) and another female, 24. We all love to travel & get outside as much as possible! We’d consider ourselves quite chill and the house is always kept very clean. We are all originally from Ireland and have spent the last number of years travelling but calling Vancouver home for the next few years anyway. Ideally, we are looking for someone that shares similar values & in their 20’s / early 30’s.
