Hello! We are looking for a third roommate in our beautiful sunny apartment in Outremont. Available from now till May 2024 (dates flexible). $800/month for a spacious furnished room (bed, work station, dresser), all utilities included. Lots of light, great kitchen with dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer, and two balconies. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, parks and public libraries. 7 minute walk from Outremont metro (blue line) and 7 minute walk to the 80 bus line.
