It’s a large home shared with other roommates. There are 2 large kitchens to cook from. Close to York university, Seneca college. Located at 401 and keele area in a nice neighborhood. Perfect for student, nomad.

You will have access to the kitchen, large room, and semiprivate washroom shared with another male.

Only the bed and drawer will stay and rest will gone from the picture. There is also a nice 3x9 closet that can store items and or clothing.

There is a view of nature out your window. Which is nice for natural light.

Couples are welcome but rent is another 200.

Common area spaces are cleaned once a week professionally by a cleaner.

Roomies are mostly students some mature working adults. People in the house are mostly quiet people. Once and a while you hear a tv during the day. It’s a fairly quiet an and clean house.
