About the room
My roommate and I are having to move out due to life/personal reasons and so are looking to sub-let our bedrooms. My room is a decent size that can easily fit in a queen sized bed and a side table (it can come furnished with the bed and table, or can be removed prior to move-in). You will share the bathroom with one other person. The kitchen comes with all new appliances including a dishwasher and the living room contains an air conditioner. The building is very new and in a great location for shops/restaurants/transit etc.
About the roomies
There is currently one other person living there, he is 35 and is very easy to live with as he tends to keep to himself most of the time. There will also be one other person moving in as soon as we find them.
