Looking to rent out the other bedroom in my 816 sqft condo. It is on the second floor and has a nice view of a park from both a large window and a deck. Has one shared bathroom, a spacious living room, and a full kitchen. The condo uses floorboard heating and has AC. There is also a storage room to put extra stuff. The condo has an indoor pool and sauna. There are guest parking spots, and you can pay to get a dedicated parking spot with a plugin. There is also a bus stop right outside and it is a short walk to the university.

I am the only person who lives here, I am quiet, clean, and respectful. Currently, I am in my second year of my bachelor of nursing.
