Large primary bedroom, 16’ by 14’ room, available for rent on main floor of fully detached bungalow. Room has large double closet and lots of natural light. Shared kitchen, livingroom, dining room and 2 shared bathrooms. Near 400 and Essa Road in Barrie.

I am a 58 year old, single female who lives on the main floor with my small dog. The same floor as the room you will be renting. A female renter lives in the basement and does use the same main entrance. She shares the bathrooms and occassionally uses the upstairs kitchen.
